What makes this taco rice truly special is that
the recipe is supervised by a spice-focused restaurant in Ebisu, Tokyo.
Using cumin, oregano, and coriander as the base,
they blend ten carefully selected spices to create a deep, memorable flavor
you’d expect from a specialty shop, not just a simple café plate.
As the name suggests, a half avocado and a rich egg yolk top the dish.
Mix them in and the whole bowl turns creamy, smooth, and incredibly addictive.
